## What you can ask once Roserocket is connected

## Connect Roserocket in Elaichi

This happens once for the organization, before any client is involved.

1. Open Connections, choose Add connection, and pick Roserocket.
2. Optionally set Share with, then press Connect.
3. Paste your Roserocket app credentials. Roserocket authenticates the app rather than a person. One person supplies the credentials once, and everyone else works through Share with.

Credentials are vaulted and nobody, including the AI, reads them back. The connection becomes a toolbox immediately, so you can curate which Roserocket tools are exposed, rename them, or freeze arguments before anyone points a client at it.

1. Open Customize, then Connectors.
2. Press Add.
3. Name it, paste the MCP server URL, then Continue.
4. Sign in and approve.

On Team and Enterprise, an Owner adds it once. Everyone else turns it on for themselves.

## Connect Roserocket to ChatGPT

1. Open Plugins, then press the + button.
2. Name it and paste the endpoint into Server URL.
3. Leave Authentication on OAuth, then tick the risk acknowledgement.
4. Press Create, then sign in and approve.

2. Add the endpoint under `mcpServers`.
3. Reload Cursor, then sign in and approve.

## What the consent screen decides

Only Read is granted by default, which is not enough to call a Roserocket tool. Over MCP there is no trusted place to confirm a write in the moment, so the consent screen is the standing approval rather than a formality. Grant Read and Run tools. Think hard before granting Delete, which reaches into connected apps and cannot be undone.

### Catch a load up after a driver call

Dispatch. Update the record on the dispatch board with the new pickup window, appointment time, or reference number as soon as the phone call ends. Add an event to the record so the rest of the desk sees what changed and why.

### Find what is sitting on each board

Operations. Ask which orders are on a board right now, pull one up by its ID, and check its details before the morning planning meeting. Start typing a customer or lane name and get matching records without opening the app.

### Answer a where-is-my-freight question fast

Customer service. Look up the shipment a customer is asking about, read its event history, and give them a straight answer. Log the call as an event so the next person to pick up the file knows it happened.

### Create the order once the quote is accepted

Sales. Turn an accepted quote into a new record on the right Roserocket board, with the shipper, consignee, and commodity details filled in. Correct a single field later without retyping the whole order.

### Clean up test and duplicate records

Operations. Remove a mistaken order, or clear a batch of duplicate records from a board in one go, when the team knows exactly what should go.

### Keep dispatch groups and their members current

Management. Create a user group for a new terminal or night shift, see who is in each group, and move a dispatcher from one group to another when schedules change.

### How do I connect Roserocket to Claude?

Connect Roserocket in Elaichi first: Roserocket uses app credentials, so you enter them once on the Roserocket connector screen in Elaichi, and there is no OAuth application to register and no client ID or secret to generate. Then in Claude open Customize, then Connectors, then Add, and paste https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp as the endpoint. Sign in with your Elaichi account and your Roserocket boards, orders, events, and user groups are available in Claude.

### Does Roserocket work with ChatGPT and Cursor as well as Claude?

Yes. Once Roserocket is connected in Elaichi, the same endpoint, https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, any other MCP client, and the Elaichi Agent. You connect Roserocket once and every client your team uses picks it up.

### What can an AI agent actually do with my Roserocket data?

With Roserocket connected, an AI agent can list your boards and the orders and manifests on them, pull up a single record by its ID, create new records, update or correct fields on existing ones, and remove records you no longer want. It can read and add events on a record, search records as you type a name, and manage user groups and their members. In practice that means asking a question about a shipment in plain language and getting an answer from the live record.

### Does connecting Roserocket give the AI access to every board and record?

No. Every call to Roserocket runs inside the access of the person who signed in, so an AI agent sees only the boards, records, and user groups that person can already see in Roserocket. Elaichi can narrow that access further with restrictions, and it can never widen it beyond what the person already has.

### Can my team share one Roserocket connection?

Yes. One person connects Roserocket in Elaichi and shares the connection with a team, and nobody else on the team ever handles the Roserocket app credentials. Each person still signs in to Elaichi as themselves, so the audit log names who created an order or changed a record, not a shared account.

### Can I stop an agent from deleting or changing things in Roserocket?

Yes. Restrictions in Elaichi work per action, so you can allow reading Roserocket boards and records while blocking deleting a record, bulk deleting, or editing user group members. A blocked action is never advertised to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any other client, so no prompt, however worded, can reach it.

### What happens to a Roserocket connection when someone leaves?

When you offboard someone in Elaichi their access to Roserocket through every client ends at once. A Roserocket connection they were sharing keeps working for everyone else on the team. If you want to remove Roserocket entirely, disconnecting it once in Elaichi takes it out of Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and every other client at the same time.
