## What you can ask once Seamless.AI is connected

- Log my call with Dana Patel as connected, positive sentiment
- Add this week's new contacts to the Q3 outbound campaign
- Show metrics for every active campaign this month

## Connect Seamless.AI in Elaichi

This happens once for the organization, before any client is involved.

1. Open Connections, choose Add connection, and pick Seamless.AI.
2. Optionally set Share with, then press Connect.
3. Approve it in Seamless.AI. Seamless.AI's own window opens. Whoever approves it decides what this connection can reach.

Credentials are vaulted and nobody, including the AI, reads them back. The connection becomes a toolbox immediately, so you can curate which Seamless.AI tools are exposed, rename them, or freeze arguments before anyone points a client at it.

## Seamless.AI MCP connector for Claude

Endpoint: https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp

1. Open Customize, then Connectors.
2. Press Add.
3. Name it, paste the MCP server URL, then Continue.
4. Sign in and approve.

On Team and Enterprise, an Owner adds it once. Everyone else turns it on for themselves.

## Seamless.AI MCP connector for ChatGPT

Endpoint: https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp

1. Open Plugins, then press the + button.
2. Name it and paste the endpoint into Server URL.
3. Leave Authentication on OAuth, then tick the risk acknowledgement.
4. Press Create, then sign in and approve.

Works on the web today. The plugin directory lives at chatgpt.com/plugins.

## Seamless.AI MCP connector for Cursor

Endpoint: https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp

1. Open `~/.cursor/mcp.json`.
2. Add the endpoint under `mcpServers`.
3. Reload Cursor, then sign in and approve.

Set up per machine, so repeat it on each computer you work from.

## Connect Seamless.AI to any MCP client

Endpoint: https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp

1. Add the endpoint as a remote MCP server.
2. Sign in and approve.

The Elaichi Agent already has these tools, with nothing to set up.

## What the consent screen decides

Only Read is granted by default, which is not enough to call a Seamless.AI tool. Over MCP there is no trusted place to confirm a write in the moment, so the consent screen is the standing approval rather than a formality. Grant Read and Run tools. Think hard before granting Delete, which reaches into connected apps and cannot be undone.

## What teams do with Seamless.AI through Elaichi

### Log the call before the next dial

Sales. Tell the agent who you spoke to, how it went and the disposition, and the call lands in Seamless.AI with the right sentiment attached. The record is caught up before you pick up the phone again.

### Load this week's contacts into a campaign

Sales development. Ask for the new contacts to be added to the outbound campaign, or pulled out of one that no longer fits them. The campaign list in Seamless.AI updates without a single drag and drop.

### Clone the campaign that worked last quarter

Sales operations. Copy a proven campaign in Seamless.AI, rename it, and adjust the steps and timing for the new segment in one conversation. No rebuilding step by step from a blank sequence.

### Check campaign metrics without opening a dashboard

Marketing. Ask how each active Seamless.AI campaign is performing and get opens, replies and progress by step in plain language. Compare two campaigns side by side before deciding which one gets the budget.

### Draft the follow-up email in the rep's voice

Sales enablement. Have the agent write an email draft in Seamless.AI using the right sending account and footer, then send yourself a preview before anything goes out. Reps review and send, the agent does the typing.

### Read the morning activity feed in one ask

Sales management. Ask what happened across the team's Seamless.AI campaigns and calls since yesterday and get a short summary with the sentiments that need attention. Coaching starts before the standup does.

## Elaichi vs Zapier MCP vs Composio for Seamless.AI

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I connect Seamless.AI to Claude?

Connect Seamless.AI in Elaichi first: pick it from the catalog, choose Connect, and sign in to your Seamless.AI account over OAuth when it asks, with no client ID or secret to generate. Then in Claude open Customize, then Connectors, then Add, and paste https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp. Claude signs you into Elaichi and your Seamless.AI campaigns, contacts, calls and email drafts are ready to work with.

### Does Seamless.AI work with ChatGPT and Cursor as well as Claude?

Yes. Once Seamless.AI is connected in Elaichi, the same endpoint, https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, any other MCP client and the Elaichi Agent. You connect Seamless.AI once and every client uses it under your own sign-in.

### What can an AI agent actually do with my Seamless.AI data?

An agent can log calls with a disposition and sentiment, create and update campaigns and their steps, add or remove contacts from a campaign, read campaign metrics, and write email drafts in Seamless.AI using your sending accounts and footers. It can also read your activity feed and summarize what happened. Short, concrete asks such as log this call or add these contacts to the Q3 campaign work better than long paragraphs.

### Does connecting Seamless.AI give the AI all of my campaigns and contacts?

No. Every call into Seamless.AI runs as the person who signed in, so the agent only sees the campaigns, contacts, calls and email accounts that person can already see in Seamless.AI. Elaichi can narrow that further with roles and restrictions, and it can never widen access beyond what Seamless.AI itself grants.

### Can my team share one Seamless.AI connection?

Yes. One person connects Seamless.AI in Elaichi and shares the connection with a team, and nobody else ever handles a credential. Each teammate still signs in to Elaichi as themselves, so every campaign change and logged call in the audit log names the person who did it.

### Can I stop an agent from deleting campaigns or changing things in Seamless.AI?

Yes. In Elaichi you restrict actions for Seamless.AI one by one, so you can allow reading campaign metrics and logging calls while blocking campaign deletion or step changes. A restricted action is never advertised to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor at all, so no prompt, however worded, can reach it.

### What happens to a Seamless.AI connection when someone leaves?

Offboarding a person in Elaichi ends their access to Seamless.AI through every client at once. A shared Seamless.AI connection keeps working for everyone else on the team. If you want the connection gone entirely, disconnecting Seamless.AI once in Elaichi removes it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and the Elaichi Agent together.

### Does the Seamless.AI MCP connector work with Gemini, Codex, Claude Code or other MCP clients?

Yes. Seamless.AI is reached over the same MCP endpoint every client uses, so anything that speaks MCP can call it — Gemini, Codex, Claude Code, Windsurf, Cline, Zed and OpenCode among them — alongside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and the Elaichi Agent. The tools on offer and the access behind them are identical whichever client asks. Only the setup screen differs.

### Is Elaichi an alternative to Zapier MCP for Seamless.AI?

Yes. Both let Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor use Seamless.AI. Zapier MCP fits a team that already automates in Zapier, since each person signs in and acts as themselves in that account. Elaichi fits when IT wants one address for the whole company, per-tool rules by role, and a record of every Seamless.AI call.

### How is Elaichi different from Composio for Seamless.AI?

Composio gives AI agents tools and sign-in handling across 1,000+ apps, for developers building agents or people using an assistant, billed per tool call. Elaichi gives a company's own people governed access to Seamless.AI: one address, restrictions per role or user, and $15 per user per month. Both have role permissions and a log of every call.
