Preview packaging a version

POST /bundle/{id}/version/preview

Returns the issues a real version would hit, without writing anything. Send its `items_revision`, `draft_revision` and `content_hash` back to `POST /bundle/{id}/version` so the version seals exactly what was reviewed.

A hash of everything the version would seal apart from seed rows (whose copying is agreed per collection with accept_rows).

The working-copy revision the preview was built from (skill, description and slot labels).
