Read one row for a dashboard form to prefill

GET /dashboard/{id}/widget/{key}/row/{rowId}

Only the form's own fields and the label. A row outside the table or the caller's row scope is 404. 409 form_row_moved when a single form is asked for a row that is no longer the oldest; 409 form_row_label_invalid when the picker's label field was since protected or re-typed. Same access as the list.
