Get what new seats cost
/organization/{id}/billing/seat-quote
Whether adding people costs money now, and how much. `state` is `charged_on_join` (Stripe says the subscription is active or past due and collecting: the seats are billed a few minutes after the people join, grouped with other changes), `trial` (Stripe says trialing: nothing is billed until the trial ends) or `none`. `seats_added` is how many paid seats they add after the one-seat minimum. With `role_id`, a free role answers `none`. Requires any of `member:manage`, `billing:view`, `sso:manage` or `org:manage`; the amounts are `null` without `billing:view`, when Stripe could not be reached, and when the preview came back truncated. Amounts are in major units of `currency`, after pre-tax reductions such as a coupon.
