# Sign in

Sign in with Google, GitHub, Microsoft, a magic link, or your company’s single sign-on.

**Where to find it:** The Sign in screen when you open Elaichi signed out

Elaichi has no passwords. You sign in with an identity provider you already use, or with a one-time link sent to your inbox.

Your account is global. One sign-in gives you access to every organization you belong to, and you can switch between them inside the app.

## Sign in to Elaichi

1. Open the Elaichi app.
2. Choose how you want to sign in: Google, GitHub, Microsoft, a magic link, or your company’s SSO.
3. Approve the request with your provider, or open the link in your inbox.
4. If your organization requires two-factor authentication, enter your code on the next screen.

**You'll know it worked when:** You land in your organization. If you don’t belong to one yet, Elaichi asks you to create one or wait for an invite.

## Good to know

- Magic links and invite links expire. If one stops working, request a new one.
- The SSO option only appears if an administrator has set it up for your email domain.

If someone sent you a link to a specific page, sign in first — Elaichi takes you there afterwards.

## If something goes wrong

- No SSO button for your work email? Ask an admin to verify your domain and map it under Settings → SSO.
- Stuck after approving with your provider? Try a private browser window, or clear the site’s cookies and sign in again.
