## Agreement

By accessing elaichi.ai or the Elaichi service, you agree to these terms on
behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

## The service

Elaichi provides a hosted MCP control plane: connector catalog, credential
vaulting, toolboxes, MCP endpoints, and governance features. Plans and
entitlements are described on the [pricing page](/pricing/).

## Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations'
data, or use connectors in violation of the third-party provider's terms.

## Trials and billing

New organizations receive a 14-day Gold trial. After the trial, plan-gated
features lock until a subscription is active. Subscriptions are billed via
Stripe.

## Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we
disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to fees paid in the twelve
months preceding a claim.
