Set how this workspace appears in the app: display name, URL slug, and logo. Everyone in the organization sees these values in navigation and sharing surfaces.

Where to find it: Settings → Organization

You need the Manage organization permission (org:manage) to change anything on this tab. Without it, the fields are visible but disabled. Built-in Org Owner and Org Admin roles include this permission.

What you can configure

Field What it does
Logo Upload an image for the organization, or remove the current one. The picker shows a preview before upload finishes.
Name The display name shown in the sidebar and across the app.
Slug Short URL name used in URLs and API routing. Shown in a monospace field so typos are easy to spot.
Organization ID Read-only identifier for this workspace. Copy it when an integration or support request asks for the org id.

Region (United States, European Union, or Asia-Pacific) is chosen when the organization is created. It is not shown or edited on this tab.

Update name or slug

  1. Open Settings → Organization.
  2. Edit Name and/or Slug.
  3. Choose Save. The button stays disabled until something changed and you have org:manage.

You'll know it worked when: The sidebar and page headers show the new name, and URLs that include the slug use the new value.

  1. On the same tab, use the logo picker to choose an image file.
  2. Upload starts as soon as you select a file (no separate Save for the logo).
  3. To clear it, use the remove control on the picker.

If upload fails, the pending preview stays so you can retry or clear it.

Good to know

  • Slug changes affect how people and systems address this organization — coordinate before renaming a production workspace.
  • Organization ID never changes; use it for stable references instead of the slug when possible.
  • Tabs you cannot manage (for example SSO or Logging) are hidden based on your permissions. Organization, Domains, Billing, and Security remain available to browse even when some actions are locked.
