Your Privacy Choices
Effective 3 September 2026.
Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell personal information. We have never sold it and we have no plans to.
We do share limited personal information for cross-context behavioral
advertising — specifically, when you consent to advertising cookies on
elaichi.ai, identifiers are disclosed to Google so we can measure whether an
advertisement led to a signup. That disclosure is "sharing" as California law
defines it.
You are opted out by default. Nothing is shared unless you actively accept cookies. That is stricter than California requires, which permits sharing until you opt out.
Three ways to opt out
- Reject cookies. Open Cookie settings in the site footer and choose "Reject all". This immediately stops all sharing and prevents any advertising script from loading.
- Enable Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends the GPC signal and you have not made an explicit choice, we automatically treat it as an opt-out. No account, form, or verification required.
- Email us. Send a request to [email protected] and we will record the opt-out against your details.
None of these requires you to create an account or verify your identity, and we will never charge you a different price or give you a lesser service for opting out.
What we never share
- Anything from a customer's Elaichi workspace. Data processed through the control plane on a customer's instruction is never used for advertising, never disclosed to an advertising network, and never used to train a model.
- Sensitive personal information. We do not disclose it for advertising.
- We have not enabled Google Signals, so no cross-device advertising profile is built from our site.
Your other rights
California residents also have rights to know, access, delete, and correct personal information. Those, and how to exercise them, are set out in the CCPA Notice.
