Moments every team knows
What comes up once a team runs on AI, and what changes with Elaichi.
-
Marketing manager
“Can someone send me the HubSpot login?”
Logins often get passed around in chats and shared docs.
With Elaichi
Connect HubSpot once and share it with the team. They use it from their own AI and never see the login, and calls run on the owner’s account. Remove the share, and it stops on their next call.

Account executive
“I set up Salesforce in ChatGPT. Can I use it in Claude too?”
Each AI app keeps its own connections, so a new one starts from scratch.
With Elaichi
Connect each app once, to Elaichi. Add one link to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, or to Microsoft Copilot through a Copilot Studio agent, sign in, and your apps are already there.

Support lead
“Can we all do this task the same way with AI?”
Each person picks their own tools and writes their own prompts.
With Elaichi
Build one toolbox with the right tools, locked values and written steps. Everyone on the team can use that same toolbox from their own AI app, with the same steps offered alongside.

Engineering manager
“Can our new hire start with the right access on day one?”
Access is often set up by hand, one app at a time.
With Elaichi
People join through single sign-on, SCIM, a verified domain or an invite, with the right role from the start. An invite can put them in their teams too.

IT admin
“When someone leaves, how do we close their AI access everywhere?”
AI apps are often connected on the side, outside the usual offboarding.
With Elaichi
When your identity provider turns them off, SCIM suspends them in Elaichi, and every AI app they connected is refused on its next request.

Security lead
“Can we decide exactly what our AI is allowed to do?”
When everyone connects their own way, the rules are spread across many settings.
With Elaichi
Set a rule for a role or one person once, and it holds in every AI app they connect, within about two minutes. Every call that runs is logged with the person, the account and the AI app.

Already using Claude or ChatGPT connectors?
Built-in connectors serve one person. Elaichi serves the team.
Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can each connect apps, and for one person in one AI app that can be all you need. Elaichi is for a team that wants the same apps in several AI apps, shared safely, under one set of rules.

Questions, answered
Do I need Elaichi if Claude or ChatGPT already has connectors?
For one person in one AI app, its own connectors may be all you need. Elaichi is for teams: connect an app once for every AI app, share it without sharing the login, give everyone the same toolbox, and set roles, restrictions and one audit log across ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot and any other MCP client.
What does Elaichi cost?
Personal is free for one person. Gold lists at $15 per user per month in US dollars, or $10 billed yearly. Black lists at $24 per user per month, or $18 billed yearly, plus usage beyond a free monthly allowance. The pricing page shows the price for your country, in your currency where Elaichi bills in it. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day Black trial, with no payment details needed, and reviewers can use the free, read-only Auditor role.
Can a teammate use my connection without seeing my login?
Yes. Share the connection, or a toolbox over it. The login is stored encrypted and never returned to them, and their calls run on your account, within what you shared.
How do I make sure everyone’s AI does a task the same way?
Build a toolbox: the tools for the job, renamed and described for the AI, values it can’t change, and a skill with written steps. Share it with the team, and each person can use it from their own AI app, with the same skill offered alongside. How each app’s model uses them is up to that app.
How do I connect an app once and use it across ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and Microsoft Copilot?
Connect each account once, to Elaichi. Then add Elaichi’s one MCP address, the same for every organization, to ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor, or to Microsoft Copilot through a Copilot Studio agent, and sign in with OAuth. Switching AI apps reconnects nothing, because the accounts are connected to Elaichi, not to the chatbot.
How do I control which company tools an AI agent can act on?
Roles decide what each person may do, and restrictions decide which apps and single tools each role or person can run, in every AI app, within about two minutes of a change. Every call that runs is logged with the person, the account it reached and the AI app it came from.
What happens to someone’s AI access when they leave?
When your identity provider turns them off, SCIM suspends them in Elaichi, and every AI app they connected is refused on its next request. Removing them for good runs a check first: shared toolboxes, templates and private connections others rely on are transferred or deleted, and custom connectors they own are transferred.
Which apps can Elaichi connect to?
The work apps your teams already use, from CRMs and help desks to finance and engineering tools. On Gold and Black, an app that isn’t in the catalog can be added as a custom connector. The full catalog is linked right below.

Connect one app your team already uses, and find out in a trial, not a demo.
When the trial ends, nothing is deleted. You move to the free Personal plan, and connections, roles and the audit log stay where they are.
