Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new organization starts on a 14-day Gold trial with no credit card required. After the trial, gated features lock until you subscribe, and your data and core setup remain intact.
What is the difference between Gold and Black?
Gold is priced per user per month, with a lower per-user rate when billed annually, and includes everything a team needs day to day: connections, toolboxes, MCP servers, the audit log, custom roles, restrictions, composite tools, custom connectors, and enterprise identity: SSO (SAML or OIDC), SCIM provisioning and group-to-role mappings. Black adds your own AWS KMS encryption keys and log forwarding to Datadog, plus the automation platform: workflows, automations, and live dashboards. Black is launching soon.
Is there a free plan?
No. Elaichi has no freemium tier, because it is built for companies rolling out governed AI access across the software they already run on. The 14-day Gold trial lets you evaluate everything before subscribing.
How does billing work?
Gold is billed per user per month through Stripe Checkout, with a self-serve customer portal for managing billing. Contact us about the Black plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
Plan-gated features lock and show clear indicators in the app, and API calls to gated routes return a structured feature_not_available error. Nothing is deleted, so subscribing picks up exactly where you left off.
