Open Connections, choose Add connection, and pick Flexmail.
Optionally set Share with to give a team access, then press Connect.
Paste a Flexmail API key. One person generates a token in Flexmail and pastes it once. Everyone else works through Share with, and never sees it.

How do I connect Flexmail to Claude?

Two steps. In Elaichi, choose Flexmail and paste the API key from your Flexmail account, there is no OAuth application to register and no client ID or secret to generate. Then in Claude go to Customize, then Connectors, then Add, and paste https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp as the endpoint. Sign in to Elaichi when prompted and Flexmail is available in your next conversation.

Does Flexmail work with ChatGPT and Cursor as well as Claude?

Yes. Flexmail is connected once in Elaichi, and the same endpoint, https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, any other MCP client and the Elaichi Agent. You do not connect Flexmail again for each client.

What can an AI agent actually do with my Flexmail data?

With Flexmail connected, an agent can list and read your email messages, create a new message from your instructions, and report the stats on what has been sent. It can also list, add and remove senders, set up and maintain sending domains, and create or change webhooks. Short, concrete asks such as "show stats for last week's newsletter" work better than long paragraphs.

Does connecting Flexmail give the AI access to my whole account?

The agent works within the Flexmail access of the person who connected it, and no further. Elaichi can narrow that access, for example by hiding sender deletion or domain changes from a team, but it can never widen it beyond what Flexmail already allows.

Can I stop an agent from deleting or changing things in Flexmail?

Yes. Restrictions in Elaichi apply per action, so you can allow reading Flexmail messages and stats while blocking the deletion of senders, sending domains or webhooks. A restricted action is never advertised to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor at all, so no prompt can reach it.

What happens to a Flexmail connection when someone leaves?

Offboarding a person in Elaichi ends their Flexmail access through every client at once. A Flexmail connection they shared with a team keeps working for everyone else. If you want Flexmail gone entirely, disconnecting it once in Elaichi removes it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and every other client together.

Does the Flexmail MCP connector work with Gemini, Codex, Claude Code or other MCP clients?

Yes. Flexmail is reached over the same MCP endpoint every client uses, so anything that speaks MCP can call it — Gemini, Codex, Claude Code, Windsurf, Cline, Zed and OpenCode among them — alongside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and the Elaichi Agent. The tools on offer and the access behind them are identical whichever client asks. Only the setup screen differs.
