How do I connect RazorpayX Payroll to Claude?
Two steps. In Elaichi, choose RazorpayX Payroll and paste in the API key from your RazorpayX Payroll account, there is no OAuth application to register and no client ID or secret to generate. Then in Claude go to Customize, then Connectors, then Add, and paste https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp. Claude will ask you to sign in to Elaichi, and RazorpayX Payroll is ready to use.
Does RazorpayX Payroll work with ChatGPT and Cursor as well as Claude?
Yes. Once RazorpayX Payroll is connected in Elaichi, the same endpoint, https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, any other MCP client, and the Elaichi Agent. You connect RazorpayX Payroll once and every client picks it up.
What can an AI agent actually do with my RazorpayX Payroll data?
With this connector, an AI agent can list the people on your RazorpayX Payroll account. That means you can ask for the current headcount, look up whether someone is on payroll, or get the full roster to compare against another system. It cannot add, edit or remove employees, and it cannot run payroll.
