Impact MCP connector
The Impact connector brings partnership programs, conversion actions, ads, tracking links and product catalogs into Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, so your team can ask about them in plain language while every request runs as the person who asked.
-
How it connects. Connects with an API key. The credential goes into a vault nobody reads back.
-
One address. https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, the same for every user.
-
Their own access. An agent never gets more than the person it acts for.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I connect Impact to Claude?
First connect Impact inside Elaichi, which asks for your Impact API key and nothing else. There is no OAuth application to register and no client ID or secret to generate. Then open Claude, go to Customize, then Connectors, then Add, and paste https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp. Claude will ask you to sign in to Elaichi as yourself, and from then on Impact is available in your conversations.
Does Impact work with ChatGPT and Cursor as well as Claude?
Yes. Once Impact is connected in Elaichi, the same endpoint, https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, any other MCP client and the Elaichi Agent. You connect Impact once and every client you use picks it up.
What can an AI agent actually do with my Impact data?
An agent can list and read your Impact programs, actions, action items, action updates and inquiries, and pull tracking links, ad code and program logos. It can search brand catalogs for products, open a new action inquiry when a conversion looks wrong, and update your company information in bulk. Impact has a lot of ground to cover, so short, specific asks such as "show pending actions for the Nike program this week" work better than long paragraphs.
Does connecting Impact give the AI access to every program and account?
No. Every call to Impact runs inside the access of the person who signed in, so the agent sees exactly the programs, actions and catalogs that person can already see in Impact. Elaichi can narrow that further by team or by action, but it can never widen it beyond what the person's own Impact access allows.
Can I stop an agent from changing or updating things in Impact?
Yes. Restrictions in Elaichi apply per action, so you can allow reading Impact actions and catalogs while blocking the ability to create inquiries or update company information. A blocked action is never shown to Claude, ChatGPT or any other client at all, so no prompt, however worded, can reach it.
What happens to an Impact connection when someone leaves?
Offboarding that person in Elaichi ends their access to Impact and every other connected application at once. If they owned a shared Impact connection, it keeps working for everyone else on the team. Disconnecting Impact once in Elaichi removes it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and every other client in the same step.
