In practice
What teams do with Marketing Automation connectors
Drawn from the connector pages in this category, so every line describes something one of these connectors actually does.
Marketing
-
See who is in a referral audience
Ask which Extole audiences exist, which ones have been built, and what each one contains before you launch a campaign against it.
-
Check which segments are ready for a send
Ask how many profiles sit in your VIP or lapsed-buyer segments before a campaign goes out, and pull the list of who is in each one.
-
Draft next week's campaign from a brief
Turn a short brief into a new Dotdigital campaign with the subject line, sender details and content in place, ready for a final look before it goes to a list.
Support
-
Fix a customer's number on the spot
When a customer calls in with a new mobile number, find their ClickSend contact and update it during the conversation.
-
Set up a branded sender ID
Create a sender ID for the help desk so customers recognize who is texting them, and check the sender settings that apply to it.
-
Check where a customer's notifications are going
Look up a specific Novu channel endpoint or context to confirm which address or device is receiving messages when someone says they never got the notification.
Operations
-
Keep the address book clean
List the addresses stored in Lob, spot duplicates or outdated entries, and delete the ones that should not receive mail again.
-
Clean up contact attributes in bulk
Ask how many contacts are in Wati, spot the ones with missing or outdated attributes, and update them in one pass instead of one at a time.
-
Check staff across every location
List the businesses in your Perkville account and the staff attached to each, and spot where a location is missing someone or lists a person who has moved on.
Sales
-
Queue a fresh lead list before Monday
Ask for a new squid on the Google Maps or LinkedIn crawler, hand it the search URLs as tasks, and start the run so the results are waiting when the team logs in.
-
Check whether a lead is subscribed
Ask for a contact's status in iPost before a call so you know if they are active, bounced, or unsubscribed.
-
See who replied before the standup
Ask which recipients replied to a campaign overnight, read the replies together, and decide who gets a call first.

Every Marketing Automation connector, by depth
Tool counts are what the connector exposes today; the split is what those tools do.
Hosted sign-in takes a partnership with each vendor, and more are in progress. Until one lands, Your own app means the connector works today — you register an OAuth app once and connect.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How many Marketing Automation connectors does Elaichi have?
20+ Marketing Automation connectors are in the catalog today, and the list grows as connectors are added. Each one arrives as a set of MCP tools an agent can call through https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp.
Can Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor all use Marketing Automation connectors?
Yes. Elaichi exposes one organization-wide endpoint, https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, and Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, any MCP client and the Elaichi Agent all connect to that same address with OAuth. Connecting a Marketing Automation account once makes it reachable from every one of them.
Do Marketing Automation connectors work with Gemini, Codex, Claude Code or other MCP clients?
Yes. Marketing Automation connectors are reached over the same MCP endpoint every client uses, so anything that speaks MCP can call them — Gemini, Codex, Claude Code, Windsurf, Cline, Zed and OpenCode among them — alongside Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and the Elaichi Agent. There is no per-client setup beyond pointing the client at https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp.
Do Marketing Automation connectors need me to bring my own OAuth app?
Most do not. 18 of the Marketing Automation connectors use Elaichi's hosted sign-in, with nothing to register. The other 5 ask you to bring your own OAuth app: you register it once with the vendor and connect. Hosted sign-in for those is in progress, a vendor partnership at a time, and when one lands the only thing that changes is that the registration step goes away. Each connector's page says which it is before you start.
Can I stop an agent from writing to Marketing Automation tools?
Yes. Tool restrictions apply at role and individual level, and a restricted tool is never advertised to the model, so it cannot be called or guessed at from the tool list. Read-only access to a Marketing Automation connector is a matter of allowing the reads and leaving the writes out.
