How do I connect LeadPerfection to Claude?
Connect LeadPerfection in Elaichi first: pick it from the catalog and paste in your LeadPerfection API key, which is the only sign-in step LeadPerfection asks for. There is no OAuth application to register and no client ID or secret to generate. Then in Claude open Customize, then Connectors, then Add, and paste the Elaichi endpoint https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp. Sign in as yourself when Claude asks, and LeadPerfection leads, appointments, and jobs are available in your chat.
Does LeadPerfection work with ChatGPT and Cursor as well as Claude?
Yes. Once LeadPerfection is connected in Elaichi, the same endpoint, https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, any other MCP client, and the Elaichi Agent. You connect LeadPerfection once and every client you use picks it up.
What can an AI agent actually do with my LeadPerfection data?
An agent can create a new LeadPerfection lead, book an appointment for a lead and assign it to a sales rep, pull the appointments on a given day or across a date range, and record the result after a visit. It can also find a job, read and update its sales detail, and add or list the images attached to a job or appointment. Because LeadPerfection has a large set of actions, short concrete asks like "show tomorrow's appointments" work better than long paragraphs.
Does connecting LeadPerfection give the AI access to every lead and job in our system?
No. Every call into LeadPerfection runs under the API key and person who signed in, so the AI can only see and change the leads, appointments, and jobs that account can already reach. Elaichi can narrow that further, for example to read-only or to a specific set of actions, but it can never grant more than LeadPerfection itself allows.
Can I stop an agent from deleting or changing things in LeadPerfection?
Yes. Restrictions in Elaichi apply per action, so you can allow reading LeadPerfection appointments and jobs while restricting creating leads, updating results, or changing sales detail. A restricted action still appears in Elaichi's tool search, flagged as restricted, but Claude, ChatGPT, or any other client cannot run it, whatever the prompt says.
What happens to a LeadPerfection connection when someone leaves?
Offboard the person in Elaichi and their access to LeadPerfection through every client ends at once, with their past actions still in the audit log. A LeadPerfection connection shared with a team keeps working for everyone else on it. If you want to remove LeadPerfection entirely, disconnecting it once in Elaichi removes it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, and every other connected client.
