Qualified MCP connector
The Qualified connector brings website leads, visitor sessions, chat conversations, and booked meetings into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and the Elaichi Agent, so each person can ask about pipeline and act inside their own Qualified access.
-
How it connects. Connects with an API key. The credential goes into a vault nobody reads back.
-
One address. https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, the same for every user.
-
Their own access. An agent never gets more than the person it acts for.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I connect Qualified to Claude?
First connect Qualified in Elaichi by pasting an API key from your Qualified account. Then in Claude go to Customize, then Connectors, then Add, and paste https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp. There is no OAuth application to register in Qualified and no client ID or secret to generate.
Does Qualified work with ChatGPT and Cursor as well as Claude?
Yes. Once Qualified is connected in Elaichi, the same endpoint, https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, any other MCP client, and the Elaichi Agent. You connect Qualified once and use it everywhere.
What can an AI agent actually do with my Qualified data?
It can look up leads and companies, read the chat conversations and messages visitors had with your bot or your reps, review website sessions and emails, and list or cancel meetings booked through Qualified. It can also create new leads and companies, run a bulk upload, and file a GDPR deletion request. It cannot do anything in Qualified that you have not allowed.
Does connecting Qualified give the AI access to every lead and conversation in my account?
No. Every request runs inside the Qualified access of the person who signed in, so the AI sees only the leads, conversations, and meetings that person can already see in Qualified. Elaichi can narrow that access further with restrictions, and it can never widen it.
Can I stop an agent from deleting or changing things in Qualified?
Yes. In Elaichi you restrict actions one by one, so you can allow reading Qualified leads and conversations while blocking meeting cancellations, meeting deletions, or GDPR deletion requests. A blocked action is never shown to Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor at all, so no prompt can reach it.
What happens to a Qualified connection when someone leaves?
Offboarding that person in Elaichi ends their access to Qualified through every AI client at once. A shared Qualified connection keeps working for everyone else on the team. If you want to remove Qualified entirely, disconnecting it once in Elaichi removes it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and every other client together.
