What can an AI agent actually do with my Wayfair data?

With Wayfair connected, an agent can list your dropship and CastleGate purchase orders, accept or acknowledge them, and mark dropship orders as shipped with tracking. On the catalog side it can submit product additions, follow up on submission questions, browse Wayfair taxonomy categories, brands and media tags, and update catalog items and item groups.

Does connecting Wayfair give the AI access to my whole supplier account?

The AI only reaches what the Wayfair account you connected can reach, so it works inside the same supplier permissions you already have in Wayfair. Elaichi can narrow that further, for example read-only on purchase orders for one role, but it can never widen it beyond what Wayfair itself allows. Every call is recorded in an append-only audit log.

Can my team share one Wayfair connection?

Yes. One person connects Wayfair in Elaichi and shares the connection with a team, and nobody else ever handles the Wayfair app credentials. Each teammate still signs in to Elaichi as themselves, so the audit log names the person who accepted a purchase order or changed a stock count, not a shared account.

Can I stop an agent from deleting or changing things in Wayfair?

If you ever want to remove Wayfair entirely, disconnecting it once in Elaichi removes it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot and every other client together.
