You can use ChatGPT with LeadPerfection to check leads, time slots, rep schedules and call queues in plain English. Claude works the same way. Set it up once with Elaichi, then just ask, as the sales team does in the 27-second film.
What can you ask ChatGPT about LeadPerfection?
You can ask about new leads, short time slots, open reps and call queues. Each answer comes straight from your LeadPerfection account.
| Ask | You get |
|---|---|
| How many leads came in this weekend? | The weekend's leads, from every lead source your API user can see |
| Where is next week short of appointments? | Each time slot in the next 14 days that still needs appointments, and how many |
| Which reps are open tomorrow at 10? | Each rep's time slots that day, and which are already booked |
| How many leads are waiting for a call? | The leads ready to dial in the call queue you name |
Two tips make the answers sharper:
- Name your market. Otherwise the rep schedule covers every rep in every market.
- Name the call queue. The AI counts one queue at a time.
What you need to use ChatGPT with LeadPerfection
You need three things: a LeadPerfection API user, the right AI plan, and Elaichi.
| You need | Which plan or setup |
|---|---|
| LeadPerfection | An API user, which a LeadPerfection admin creates |
| ChatGPT or Claude | ChatGPT Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu, or any Claude plan, including Free |
| Elaichi | Free for one person, or Gold for a team that shares one connection |
A custom connector is an outside service you add to ChatGPT or Claude yourself. OpenAI names no way to add one on ChatGPT Free or Plus. ChatGPT Pro can add one to look things up, which is all these questions need.
Elaichi Gold lists at $15 per user per month in USD, or $10 per user per month billed annually. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. When it ends, you move to the free Personal plan, and nothing is deleted.

How do you connect LeadPerfection to ChatGPT or Claude?
There are four steps. A LeadPerfection admin does the first one, and you do the rest once.
Step 1: Create an API user in LeadPerfection
An API user is a login that LeadPerfection gives to an app instead of a person. These steps come from guides by Siro and ActiveProspect, two other apps that connect to LeadPerfection.
- In LeadPerfection's Security settings, create a user for the company, not for one person.
- Go to Security > User Access.
- Switch Function Level Security from LeadDetail to API Security.
- Tick each API method the user may use.
If a question fails later, check these ticks first.
Checked October 2026: Siro's setup guide and ActiveProspect's guide.
Step 2: Connect LeadPerfection in Elaichi
- In Elaichi, go to Connections > Add connection.
- Pick LeadPerfection and enter the API user's details.
- To let your team ask too, set Share with to their team.
Step 3: Add Elaichi to ChatGPT or Claude
Every app uses the same address: https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp
| Your plan | Where to add it |
|---|---|
| ChatGPT Pro | Plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server |
| ChatGPT Business | An admin or owner adds it for the workspace. Members then connect from Plugins. |
| ChatGPT Enterprise or Edu | Plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server, if your workspace allows it |
| Claude Pro or Max | Customize > Connectors, select + Add, then Add custom connector |
| Claude Team or Enterprise | An Owner adds it in Organization settings > Connectors. Members then select Connect in Customize > Connectors. |
Sign in to Elaichi when asked, and approve. Claude's Free plan allows one custom connector, but Anthropic's guide shows the steps for Pro and Max only.
Step 4: Ask LeadPerfection your first question
Open a new chat and ask: "How many leads came in this weekend?"
In Claude, turn Elaichi on first: select + at the lower left, then Connectors.
The LeadPerfection connector page shows each step with screenshots.
Is it safe to connect LeadPerfection to ChatGPT?
Yes, if you set up the API user with care. You decide what the AI can see and change, and every request is logged.
- It sees only what the API user allows. Prospect records can include payments and notes, so tick only the methods you need.
- These questions change nothing. Asking about leads, time slots, reps and call queues only looks things up. Nothing gets booked or dialed.
- Changes need an admin's OK. The LeadPerfection connector can also book appointments and record payments. An Elaichi admin can limit a role to the tools marked Read only.
- A shared connection shows everyone the same data. Everyone on it asks through the same API user.
- Every request is logged. Elaichi checks each request against the person's access and writes it to an audit log.
Do you need this if you already run LeadPerfection reports?
Maybe not. If a report you trust already answers the meeting's questions, keep it.
Asking in ChatGPT or Claude helps most when:
- The questions change from week to week.
- The person asking doesn't build reports, such as an owner or a call-center lead.
- Your team already works in ChatGPT or Claude, and wants LeadPerfection in the same chat as its other apps.

What does the sales team ask in the film?
The film runs 27 seconds. A sales manager, an owner and a call-center lead each ask one question. The company, the people and the numbers are made up.
- Sales manager: Sales meeting in eight. How many leads hit LeadPerfection this weekend?
- The AI: Sixty-one. Thirty-eight from the home show.
- Owner: Where are we short next week?
- The AI: Thursday evening. Six more appointments.
- Call-center lead: Who can I book tomorrow at ten?
- The AI: Mike or Dana.
- Sales manager: How many are waiting for a call?
- The AI: Eighteen in the queue.
- Call-center lead: On it.
- Sales manager: Elaichi brings LeadPerfection into Claude or ChatGPT. Set it up once, then just ask.
- Sales manager: Meeting done. Eight-oh-four.
- Sales manager: Start your 14-day free trial. No credit card required.
Other apps connect the same way. See them all in the connector catalog.
