FuseDesk MCP connector
The FuseDesk connector brings your cases, chats, emails, contacts, reps and departments into Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client, so anyone on your team can ask about support work in plain language and get answers from live FuseDesk records.
-
How it connects. Connects with an API key. The credential goes into a vault nobody reads back.
-
One address. https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, the same for every user.
-
Their own access. An agent never gets more than the person it acts for.

The Elaichi Agent already has these tools, with nothing to set up.
Use cases
What teams do with FuseDesk through Elaichi
Every one of these runs inside the access the person already has, and lands in the same audit log.

Support leadership
See how work is spread across reps
List cases by rep and department to spot who is overloaded, which department is backing up, and where cases are sitting untouched.
-
Customer success
Prepare for a renewal call
Review a customer's recent FuseDesk cases, chats and case tags to walk into the call knowing every complaint and every fix.
-
Sales

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I connect FuseDesk to Claude?
Connect FuseDesk in Elaichi first: pick FuseDesk from the catalog and paste in your FuseDesk API key, which is the only sign-in step. There is no OAuth application to register and no client ID or secret to generate. Then open Claude, go to Customize, then Connectors, then Add, and paste the endpoint https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp. Sign in with your Elaichi account and FuseDesk cases, chats and contacts are available in Claude.
Does FuseDesk work with ChatGPT and Cursor as well as Claude?
Yes. Once FuseDesk is connected in Elaichi, the same endpoint, https://api.elaichi.ai/mcp, works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, any other MCP client, and the Elaichi Agent. You connect FuseDesk once and every client you use can reach it.
What can an AI agent actually do with my FuseDesk data?
An AI agent can look up FuseDesk cases, chats and emails, pull up a contact and everything tied to them, and list your reps, departments and case tags. In practice that means asking for a summary of a case before you reply, finding every open case for one customer, or seeing which department is backed up. This FuseDesk connector reads records; it does not create, edit or delete anything in FuseDesk.
Does connecting FuseDesk give the AI access to every case and contact?
No. Each person signs in to Elaichi as themselves, and every request to FuseDesk runs inside what that person is allowed to see. Elaichi can narrow that further, for example limiting a team to cases and chats and hiding contact lookups, but it can never widen access beyond what the person already has in FuseDesk.
Can I stop an agent from deleting or changing things in FuseDesk?
The FuseDesk connector only reads cases, chats, emails, contacts, reps, departments and case tags, so an agent cannot delete or change anything in FuseDesk through it. Beyond that, Elaichi restrictions work per action: anything you block, such as listing all contacts, is never advertised to the AI client at all, so no prompt can reach it.
What happens to a FuseDesk connection when someone leaves?
When a person is offboarded in Elaichi, their access to FuseDesk through Elaichi ends at once, in every client they had connected. A shared FuseDesk connection keeps working for everyone else on the team. If you want to remove FuseDesk entirely, disconnecting it once in Elaichi removes it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and every other client.
